a decent stay in central location

i found my room, a hypoallergenic double room, to be quiet. the room was also clean the bed was comfortable

i had issues with the staff they were not very friendly. the check-in process was not smooth either

the location proved convenient. it allowed quick access to many attractions. breakfast staff were lovely. they were attentive to all requests.

i found the gym basic. its equipment was not in top condition. the standard rooms seem outdated. it appears only premium rooms have been renovated.

the location was convenient. i walked to via spiga without problems. the room had a new look. it felt spacious and comfortable.

the staff at the front desk lacked warmth. i did not receive a greeting upon arrival. some breakfast dishes had remnants of food, not what i expect from a four-star hotel.
